HOTEL STELLA MONTIS
Please read the booking rules below carefully. Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the booking and for all other subjects mentioned in the same.
It is possible to send an availability request from our website or via email and wait for our response. alternatively, you can make an online booking by following the instructions available on our website www.stellamontis.it. Following your request, a (non-binding) offer will be sent to you. The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication reporting the total price of the stay and after the payment of the deposit (30% of the total amount), to be made within 7 days of our confirmation or
in any case automatically taken from your credit card upon confirmation of your stay. If payment is not made within the indicated times, the reservation will be automatically canceled (unless otherwise agreed).
The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation.
In the case of purchasing a “STAY PACKAGE”, therefore combined with external services such as equipment rental, outings with a mountain guide, guided excursions and where third parties and/or external material are involved HOTEL STELLA MONTIS the total amount of the stay will be charged (if by credit card) or requested by bank transfer within 7 days of our confirmation.
At this point HOTEL STELLA MONTIS will undertake to send the customer a final confirmation email or a summary voucher to be shown at check-in. Confirmation of your booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the data in the aforementioned confirmation and to inform us of any anomaly as soon as possible. The communication must be received no later than 4 days from receipt of the same. After this deadline we decline any responsibility for any inaccuracies. Upon arrival it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person (even for minors).
To make changes to your reservation you must contact the reception staff, who will do their best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that this request will be fulfilled. In case of moving the booking to a period whose price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is required to pay the difference.
Any booking cancellation must be communicated in writing.
CANCELLATION OF STAYS WITH STANDARD RATE
In case of cancellations before the scheduled arrival, the amount of the deposit paid will be retained. HOTEL STELLA MONTIS reserves the right to charge the total amount due in case of cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date. In case of early departure, the guest is required to pay the total amount provided in the booking confirmation, net of meals they will not be used.
CANCELLATION OF STAYS WITH “NON-REFUNDABLE” RATE
The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking and there will be no refunds or refunds in case of modification, cancellation or no-show. No refund is due in case of early departure.
CANCELLATION OF “STAY PACKAGES”:
There is no refund or return, regardless of the notice period, in the case of the purchase of a “STAY PACKAGE”, therefore combined with external services such as equipment rental, outings with a mountain guide, guided excursions and where third parties and/or external material are involved HOTEL STELLA MONTIS
NO-SHOW (FAILURE TO SHOW UP):
In case of no-show, the deposit paid will be retained HOTEL STELLA MONTIS reserves the right to charge the total amount due.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, actual cash. The balance of the reservation must be paid the day before departure. Any extras must be paid for before departure.

FORCE MAJEURE CAUSES
The management declines any responsibility for disservices due to failed supplies, accidental failures of equipment or other causes of force majeure. We decline all responsibility for damages caused by other guests, atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, illnesses and thefts.
