Booking & Packages

The validity of the reservation is linked to the payment of the confirmation deposit equal to 30% of the total stay. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or other payment methods specified in our email/online booking system. In case of payment by bank transfer, you are asked to send a copy of the accounting in order to speed up the booking registration time. For more information, please see our Terms & Conditionspage.
Any request for cancellation/cancellation of a reservation must be sent in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will have to wait for written confirmation of receipt from our hotel which will then indicate how to proceed to cancel the stay/package.

Yes, once the customer reports his intolerance, a menu tailored to his needs is prepared.
Upon request the evening before, lunch baskets will be delivered to you in the morning (additional cost).
Of course, our hotel has a well-stocked bar.
